Back Home from San Antonio P.C.G.

I’m back from a great weekend in San Antonio where I very much enjoyed giving a workshop to the San Antonio Polymer Clay Guild.  It’s thanks to guilds like this that artists like myself are able to afford the time in the studio that it takes to bring forth new techniques to students.  I teach a number of workshops every year and each brings its own rewards.  This time they included the delicious cooking of Helen (Can you say albondigas?  I can!), a beautiful old building to work in, and a room full of talented artists who quickly picked up the techniques and ran with them.  Big thanks to all of you for bringing me out there, to Helen and Dan for their gracious hosting, to Patty for setting it all up (very sorry you couldn’t make it), to Joyce for the photos, to Maureen for steering the ship and to everyone else for rowing.
